Our policies and practices to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on Muslink.
Muslink has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are committed to providing a safe environment for all users, and we take active measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any content or behavior that endangers minors. The exploitation or abuse of children is illegal under the laws of every jurisdiction Muslink operates in, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement to identify and report offenders.
The following are strictly prohibited on Muslink and will result in immediate account termination, content removal, and reporting to the appropriate authorities:
Muslink uses a combination of technology, human review, and user reporting to keep the platform safe:
Users can report any concern about child safety directly from within the Muslink app:
You can also email child safety concerns directly to safety@muslink.com. We aim to respond to and review all child safety reports within 24 hours.
Muslink reports confirmed instances of child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and to equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions where required by law. We preserve relevant data and cooperate with valid legal process from law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation.
Where reporting to local authorities is mandated by law, we comply with those legal requirements in the countries where we operate.
